Wilfred Nunez & Neisa Medina-Nunez are the founders of The Learning Barn Childcare Center & Preschool, LLC. Neisa is the Director and has over 15 years of experience in Education and has worked with children ages 0-12.

The mission of The Learning Barn Childcare Center & Preschool, LLC. Is to cultivate a community of families and teachers working together in partnership to provide a high quality, safe, teacher-lead.
nurturing, play-to-learn environment that enhances and fosters the physical,
emotional, cognitive, creative and social development of individual children and their individual needs. The mission will be implemented by following CT Early learning standards and active engagement in play occurring throughout indoor and outdoor learning environments.

Philosophy
We believe that each child is a unique individual and that all children can learn. Our program
provides a supportive setting that recognizes the varied abilities, interests, needs and learning styles of the child. We believe that children learn best through meaningful play.
